Re: Crushed cloves & whole lemons remedy. Anybody tried this?

One problem I read about, with Black-Walnut , is that apparently it needs to be the green (unripe) hulls of Black-Walnut s (which are a particular type of walnut). A lot of formulas don't use that, they just use any old walnut hulls, and so they have no effect.

The cloves: no, NOT garlic. It's cloves, the spice. Each clove is quite small, they're dark brown-ish little sticks with a tiny bud on one end.

sd2345 has a point. Most people probably think any large worm is a tapeworm. I certainly did. I had never heard of Ascaris (roundworm)...... 'til I got it.

Today I bought 4 large lemons (that's probably the same content as 5 medium lemons), cost $1.20 each, and a packet of cloves, $1.60. Not organic. Just stuff from the local supermarket. The cloves look a bit stale, but I'm sure they'll be okay once they've been blended and boiled . I'll see what happens when I take this stuff ....

I prob should have bought organic, but the guy who posted about this remedy doesn't sound like he eats organic. Usually people mention 'organic' when they post about things like this. Also, this remedy is so low-cost that if I don't get any benefits from it, I'll then try an organic version.

I've tried umpteen natural formulas; some of them cleared my digestive system a tiny bit, but large Ascaris is still giving me hell. And possibly some other critters :( Just trying to stay sane ......

I'm all for the natural approach, but I've almost run out of money and the parasite 'load' is getting to a very bad stage. I've ordered a farm animal worming product and when it arrives, I'll need to calculate the correct dose. It contains levamisole, I've been doing a lot of reading about levamisole and niclosamide.

Nicolsamide is the drug of choice for tapeworm. It is a very safe drug. It doesn't even matter if you take a bit too much; any side effects are usually temporary and are related to die-off rather than the drug itself.

From what I've read, neither levamisole nor niclsoamide has shown any carcinogenic (cancer-causing) effects. They are both much safer than a lot of the other drugs that are prescribed for parasites, or that people are self-prescribing.

I would encourage anyone with Tapeworm - if they are absolutely sure that's what they have - to read up on niclosamide and consider it as an option.

If anybody tries the cloves and lemon remedy, please post the results. Cheers, all.

I did not do the lemons and cloves remedy, someone else did. I copied and posted that info from another website. I was interested to know if anybody here had tried it.
