After a few years on this forum, in my humble opinion, hydrocortisone should be avoided except for those near being hospitalized.

It is a life-line, but one that is very hard to come off.

Also, the adrenals make much more than cortisol, and HC can't help with any of other other hormones the adrenal glands produce.

Some people end up regretting trying HC.

Just search around the forum for HC and hydrocortisone.
