I think I have leaky gut and have taken L-glutamine some before but am still confused about the truth or myth about it since I am very sensitive to MSG.
What is Resistant Starch and how to incorporate it into a 'low carb' diet for for getting rid Candida? Wouldn't the bad bacteria feed on it too?
If Adrenal fatigue, Candida and compromised mucousal lining / Leaky Gut are all interconnected what healing diet targets all three of these?
