I was looking at this a couple of weeks ago, I believe your referring to the photon genius and photon genie machines. To be frank I think these are con job machines cashing in on the growing field of electro-therapy.

There isn't any Science behind how these machines claim to work, they just work 'specially discovered' frequencies that occur with the human body. You either buy the $3000 photon genie which is a portable unit or the $20,000 photon genius which I believe can also be rented. Highly dubious especially considering the front page of the website advertised these machines.
