Coffee Enemas

So I finally got back into doing CEs and actually love them. They have pushed my healing to a new level that I'm comfortable with and are especially helpful with the die off I'm having from AL Complex - and now I'm also taking a parasite combo (clove/black walnut/wormwood together) and so I want to keep doing them. I may also be dumping copper and am having a lot of retracing, which is hard but feels freeing.

HOWEVER -

I am doing about 32 oz a day (in three different passes - sometimes less and only 2 passes) and I do a weak mix - a heaping tablespoon in that much water.

But I am no longer having normal bowel movements on my own -

Any advice?
