Hmm, I wonder If I should stay off Mag-Citrate for the recovery. It was Mag-Chloride, for a liver cleans that I took. Thanks all.

Also- What type of adrenal boosters do you use? I am on Nutri-Meds adrenal cortex -500mg. I was down to one capsule and overdid it, and have not recovered for over a month now. Thanks
