I overdid the working and my adrenal fatigue was pretty bad. I just kept getting worse, after slowly climbing up and getting a little better.
Anyway, I was doing just grapefruit juice for a few days, and though 'what a great time to do liver cleans) I took 4 Magnesium chlorides and some
Black-Walnut tincture. Next day I was wiped out bad, but not in the same manner as straight adrenal fatigue, it was a little different, because I did not have that life-sucking feeling, but just really tired.
3+ weeks later I am getting a little better, am on sea-salt)- that was helping with the other fatigue issue before I mag-chlorided. I got some good electrolytes Ive been taking for a week, but I am still really tired. I will be taking mag-citrate again, and maybe a b-complex to get back to where I was, but any recommendations here?
