Thanks. Unfortunately, many of those links about hyper are no longer working, or are mislabeled hypo links. One nugget thought sound interesting is l-carnitine. For the life of me I cannot posit what the mechanism would be with that.
Most of the rest are herbs, which I'm really not into. I find the subject of herbs too complex.
So, at the very least, I've stopped taking the iodine, but kept the companions and lifestyle changes. I sure hope the T3 starts being converted to T2, fast!
