Re: Finally Alternatives to Antibiotics!

A few weeks ago I started also using BZK (benzalkonium chloride) Antiseptic Towelettes before going to bed in addition to my regular routine to help prevent bacterial resistance. I also started using original Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo because I was out of the "Sweet Baby" brand which is only sold online. And I am now only using the T-Sal shampoo once per week to remove dandruff because I've noticed if used too often it's harsh and will actually cause irritation and a flare up.

I have had two small bumps on the same spot on the back of my neck for literally 20 years that would never completely go away even with Antibiotics . Those spots remained and would flare up about once a week to become acne. I assumed the hair follicle was scarred and would never completely heal again and those spots would be with me forever. I'm happy to report it's been 5 days and those spots are completely gone. I'm currently bump, itchy, crusty, and pustule free for the first time in 20 years so something or the combination of everything I've been doing is working.

Maybe all those years of suffering hasn't been in vain if I can help others and some of you will try what has worked for me and see similar results. Tweet
