Re: Please help identify this. Looks parasitic.
Well, I'm following my doctors orders and going to the Endocrinologist to get a second opinion about my Thyroid this month. As of now my thyroid is within normal levels. I went to my Doctor last Summer complaining of sever joint pain in my knees and pain in my wrists like arthritis, fatigue, headaches, pain in my jaws, pain in my lymph nodes under my neck. She sent me to the Endocrinologist, my thyroid was within normal levels, the doctor says these could be from my Thyroid and to either continue to take the medicine or destroy the thyroid with Radio Active Iodine. Currently the joint pain has subsided but I have a consistent fever that has lasted for months with headaches and fatigue. I can think of many times I have been out in the woods, hiking, fishing, Frisbee golfing and even night time frog hunting with some kids. I even found a tick near the campus college I was attending this year. I put my backpack down on the grass, later when I got to my car I found a tick on my backpack. That shows ticks are in the area. Right now I'm trying to remain calm, but I have read that Lyme is refereed to the great mimicker of other ailments. Which means it's being misdiagnosed. I truly hope all this is from my thyroid, at least that is something my doctor can grasp and treat. I read something about consuming real
Sea Salt and Vitamin C from eating fresh fruits like Pineapple. I have been trying to eat that as much as possible and have noticed less fevers and headaches. Here is the link to the Doctor I want to see about Lyme.
