Please help identify this. Looks parasitic.

Does anyone know exactly what this is? I found it floating in the toilet after I went #2. I stood there for quite a long time thinking of what I could have ate but really I have not been hungry at all and all I ate was a pizza that day. I knew it was not normal when I saw it and scooped it into a bag. I took this to my doctor wrapped in a Safeway bag. She sent me home with kits to bring back samples to check for anything parasitic. I don't think she looked a what I brought her because she did not talk about it in my last appointment and said everything came back normal. She did not find anything.
I have been having fevers for the last few months and stomach pains and gas. Mostly a fever all the time, even when it's cold out. I read to drink citrus that has Vit C. Something about real Seasalt to. This last week I ate nothing but pineapple, drank some Seasalt , ate raw Garlic, and Pumpkin seeds. This is the only week that I have not suffered from a fever.. I could not afford to keep buying this stuff because I don't get snap for a few more days, so in the time I had to eat normal food, I felt sick and the fever came back. My stomach was in an uproar when I made it fast on these foods but no fever so I thought that was interesting.
