The person posting, is looking for suggestions, and we must assume he\she is feels the people on this forum may have some ideas. Maybe he\she has been to the doctor, and has not been satisfied with the remedy given.

There is no harm in a regular deworming routine, as it has been done in many places for many centuries.

If the poster decides to use modern medical interventions, then it will be up to them to research and evaluate the risks and benefits. We always advise the consultation with a clinical specialist before engaging in any type of unknown medications.

My own observations over the years, suggest there may be a significant inflammation going on from an immune-response in the gut. It may or may not be an foreign organism, and could be autoimmune, or other. But suggesting deworming is not outside reason, especially on a public forum such as this one.
