I was wondering if you could help me. I've been experiencing diarrhea lately and a lot of mucus in my stool. I attached a picture of the mucus.

Do you think I have IBS? Or maybe some kind of infection? If you look closely there you can see gel like goop within the mucus. What can that be? Just mucus or maybe something else?

Please help.
