My issue may be having a weak colon like the guy said I would also like to say the problem started when I used the bathroom in the morning and I noticed I had to use the bathroom everyday at school while in the past I used the bathroom maybe 3 or 5 times a week and the stool was solid morning stools aren't. But what are some things I can do for a solid stool and colon exercises also any way to reduce sweat around butt and underarms
