Re: Biofilm protocol and probiotiocs
I am currently doing a similar thing but I try to space out the enzymes and probiotics. In theory the enzymes could destroy the probiotics so are best kept apart. I think that you should try delaying the probiotics for longer, no sooner than an hour.
I wonder whether the biofilm, in my case, is in my stomach. I have little to no stomach acid so that would leave me open to infection and colonisation of my stomach.
I have been emptying the capsules into water but my stomach sounds like it is emptying very fast.....something which doesn't usually happen as my digestive system is usually very slow. I try to slow things down by taking some coconut oil before it and I am considering mixing the enzymes with coconut oil itself to keep it in contact with my stomach for longer. It's just the prospect of taking a lot more
CO and gaining weight isn't very appealing to me. Currently I am taking serrapeptase, nattokinase and Now foods Digest Ultimate (platinum) rather than any expensive brands which claim to deal with biofilms. DU is fairly comprehensive and the price isn't so high as other digestive enzymes.
I was taking Lactoferrin myself some time back but not any more.
Olive leaf liquid extract helps me quite a lot. It gives me a lot more energy than I used to have. I take 2 tsp twice daily.
Your irises would show the condition of your adrenal glands. Just inside 6 o clock both irises just below a white or black ring a third the way from the pupil is where the adrenal glands are located. If there is a darker colour, grey looking then it shows adrenal insufficiency. I have improved that quite a bit, returning the iris colour to blue but there is still some which is not restored due to my nervous system and digestive system preventing healing.
There is a way to force healing but it can have some major effects on the energy circulation and thought processes.
