hey,

Yes, exactly that. Im for sure not saying only cream forever!! Ha!

Its that initial phase that retrains the body to seek energy from the fats and not carbs. After that this process remains in a balance. When i find i'm banging too much Sugar and carbs a couple of days on fruit and cream resets it all easily. Our body is totally designed to process fat as a great energy source but we have lived in society that has pushed carbs and refined sugars onto us with a total mis-education of the consumption of fats.

I honestly spent thousands of pounds on remedies and products and cleanses and this cheap and simple healthy option has worked and continued to work for me.

My system is still delicate and for sure if i eat cookies and cake for 4 days some mild symptoms begin to re-appear but with this method i can control that so easily. I was ill for 10 years so i am no longer looking for quick fix. Consuming fats needs to be a part of any healtly diet.

The man who suggested this to me trains olympic athletes and they see the body simply works so much better on fats !
