Re: How often to do enema for bowel cleansing?

I have done 1 every week or 2 for the past 4 years. Everybody reacts in a different manner. If it seems to benefit you, and you feel fine, then I would think that is OK.

Afterwards I usually do not have a bowel movement for 2 days. This is due to the fact that I cleaned out a portion of my colon. Once it builds up I start have bowels movements every day. Everybody is different, but it can take 3 days from the time you eat to the time that food waste gets eliminated.
