Re: How often to do enema for bowel cleansing?

I know every doctor would tell you otherwise. Most people have criticized my practice over the years yet at times I could do 1 enema a day for a week, and sometimes even 2 a day.... and I am not dependant on them - actually I have normal bm and I no longer need to rely on them - I honeslty think that while cleansing the faster you take the yeast out the better.
