I have colon nerve damage, so they help me go, or else I won't have a bm at all. It sucks and it takes forever to do in the am. Lately, my body won't release it all. Am I doing g something wrong? They felt great the first month, but lately, I feel bloated and im in the br for over an hour. I do 1qt back to back (1qt,then release, then repeat.... I use approx 2-3tbs coffee). Would using less water help? More coffee (stronger)? I use distilled water.... Would a different kind of water prevent the water retention?
