Energetix supplements help for parasites?

So a while back when I saw this hollistic chiropractor they gave me a lot of supplements for parasites and candida and most of them I haven't used to much. Some I think are actually quality like neam leaf which could have potential to use sometime.


But two that stick out were drainage tone and mychocan chord. I'm not sure what exactly these do but I think they're supposed to help drain your lymphatic system and I wonder if it could help in loosening parasites grips on the body.

There are two supplements I got from them and here are their ingredients and summary of them on a website.

Drainage Tone -

Capsicum anum 3X – Mastoiditis; purulent otitis media; mucosal
