Darn, I'm upset it wasn't giving you anymore results. So far I haven't really experienced anything negative with it. The only thing I've noticed is that it keeps the skin thickness down and moisturizes really well. But there is one weird thing I've never experienced before and that is, about half of my affected part on my bottom lip doesn't build up skin anymore. It's not red and raw, just really smooth looking and shiny. The only part of my lip that builds up still starts from where the lips touch and a little bit outward. It's a little strange as I don't know if it's a good thing or bad? I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get rid of the shiny smooth part and have normal skin grow back over those parts without peeling.
Oh and I have that exact brand of coconut oil literally sitting in front of me. I used it a ton when I was following Montrealhomegrown's strict diet. Do you apply any of the oil directly on your lips too or just strictly oil pull with it?
