"I went to a doctor at a walk in clinic and he claims its allergies
and game me some samples of corticosteroids to shoot up my nose... (lol) didn't
take them I think he's nuts."
As long as you think he's nuts you'll continue coughing. I'm very
surprised that he didn't order allergy tests for you. That will determine
what you are allergic to and you can then avoid it. Because you've been
coughing for three months it could easily be something that you added at that
time such as a pet, or piece of clothing or bedding or even a friend who can
have things you are allergic to. Food allergies can do it too and the
testing there is pretty intense.
There's a world of things that could have happened three months ago but aging
is one for sure. As you get older you can and do develop more and more
allergies.
