Just wanted to say Jack, that you didn't fail. You learned something valuable to help you make better decisions in the future.

You are the researcher and your body is the research subject. Hope you are taking detailed notes. It will help you greatly as you look back to check facts. :)

I normally only fast 36 hours at a time...but I like to wake up in the morning to drink a large glass of water to help flush out any excess acids the body needs help removing. That seems to help some with hunger as well....for me at least.
