Taking tincture, seeing worms leaving...

I have been taking the Wormwood ,clove & green Black-Walnut hulls tincture.
At the start of bowel movements, I have seen approximately 6" Ascaris parasite pieces.
Does this mean that the tincture is working?
How do I know if they are ever fully gone?
I have been taking several colon cleansers off and on for years.
I have never seen it through to the end, because it seems there is no end to this.
Can anyone give me more of a guideline to get rid of these?
I am taking 8 drops 3x's a day, plus fiber, a colon cleanse, and mineral oil.
Also have been using enemas with apple cider vinegar.
