When I was old enough to understand (early teen years) It is only a 24 hour fast, once a year. Like I said it was for spiritual reasons and not health.
I just started thinking that there may be more to dry fasting than I had realized.
I do believe there is a forum here on curezone that has to do with brain fog. It may give a broader picture of what people experience. For me, it is difficulty thinking clearly. Names, numbers are harder to remember quickly or at all. I misspell words while writing more than normal.
I was actually diagnosed with memory loss in 2001, after the MS attacked me. So I have records of all of this. Please understand that I'm saying that my brain fog is due to the MS lesions....not the dry fasting. The fasting may be just stiring things up. I personally think that dry fasting may be a way to heal the lesions.
I won't go into deep detail here, but I had prayed and asked God to show me how to heal and I found a protocol here on curezone that healed all my symptoms of MS. It was like I was back to normal...but when I started fasting, I noticed that the brain fog part came back. I have a theory if you would like to hear it.
The protocol I was on (I believe) either neutralized or encapsuled the toxins in my body to where they were not harmful any longer....but I'm not sure if my body ever flushed out this substance completely from my body....so, there may be a possiblity that when I fast, these toxins that have been neutralized or encapsuled, are burned or used up in the process of fasting.
Like I said that's my theory for now. I save the right to change my mind if I find better info. Thanks for replying. :)
