Re: Cured of candida

Happy to hear from you. Having relapses is pretty standard I guess, over the years quite a few supposedly cured people came back to square one, the flora is such a fragile tiny coat, it is easy to cause havoc in there. I find that all the experience I have gained through this forum was helpful to help me restore the healthy flora.

I believe coffee is just too acid, and a less alacaline environmnent favors the growth of yeast. I dont have problem putting coffee aside, though I really enjoy the smell, but I do have a sweet tooth AND that is quite different. Recently I reacted a lot after eating salmon - I believe it was too high in mercury anyhow, my companion -- whom had eaten the same meal and did not share my view regarding the contaminate salmon --started reacting 2 days later we both had an eczema reaction, so I do know I am still fragile thus in need of some more cleansing before I can say I am on top of things. But I am so grateful I can eat what I want.

Take care,
Jhan
