remember, a culture such as in China has been around for thousands of years. They've had time to stew, simmer and raise dumb to a refined cuisine and ancient art. Compare this to the U.S. culture. If you elimnate the native component, (pun intended), we're talking about a culture, at least on paper (for instance, the Constitution, which many today treat and consider as being worth toilet paper) that has only been incubating a mere 230 years.... kinda like an instant dumb of fast-food, try not to finger paint outside the lines quality :)
