I can only shed a light on your first question "Anyone have Art of Detox experience?" -Yes I have.

Generally speaking the body is programmed to heal & repair (if "we humans" give it a chance). The body is phenominal if we keep it clean. In today's world it is difficult to eat food which doesnt have chemicals in it plus medications has chemicals. So the importance of cleansing becomes even more important than 100 years ago. There are 5 organs that you should keep clean as possible; lungs, skin, liver, kidney and colon. If you treat these as your God then you will see amazing health benefits.
The products which I have used for detoxing from Art of Detox are a number of products which cleans out the colon, the liver (there is also liver cleanse help there), kidney cleanse, parasites etc etc. I know that these products are naturally made from Herbs as per Christopher's research. I personally have seen fantastic results. I have used the herbs for a few years now (which I buy from Art of Detox) and my health has turned around gradually. I used to take a lot of Antibiotics and gradually detoxing from this, and the results are starting to show.
Personally I can stand for extremely good results from Art of Detox. I have received advice when I have been unsure, I have run the Liver Cleanses as per their advice with fantastic results.
With regards to stopping any medication, the only 2 persons that can answer that question would be yourself together with your Doctor. All I can say is work hard on cleansing your body and you will see fantastic results.
