I'm not sure what you mean by that. Obviously individual candida cells are microscopic, but it can form lesions large enough that they are visible to the naked eye. A quick google image search demonstrates this. Whether visible clumps of candida are ever seen in passed stool is another question. I'm sure it could be googled as well but I don't have the stomach to look at those images. Tweet
