mild headaches need response

ive been experiencing mild but chronic headaches since july 2011. it moves from spot to spot from front to back to sides, and the sensation is anything from dull to kind of sharp to kind of mild raw or burning. drs say it is sinus/tension which i do believe but it keeps returning. most times i do not need pain killer. does anyone have any idea of what this sounds like? i NEED a response.
