I realize you posted this awhile ago, but I want to thank you for your comments. I have also found that my body has a terrible time accepting most supplements and I like your approach of doing minimal and listening to the body. I have gotten very frustrated with my body at times because I know I need Iodine ( I have severe endometriosis) but my body just won't accept it. I'm way too AF for it. I have also tried the NB and had some success with it going very very slow - but then I had a whole ton of stress happen and I got off the NB. I will go back to it as well, but I think I will just try vitamin C and Sea Salt for awhile. So thanks for your insights. I find them encouraging.
