Which parasite could move in the back and cause scratching at night?

Anyone know what type of worm could do that?

I'm guessing it isn't the flukes doing that and maybe a type of worm. My stool has a lot of small strings in it and occasional small white tissue may show up. I'm thinking maybe threadworm cause of the small strings. No big worms have really shown up besides months ago when one did on parasites herbs.

Also I got scratches red marks on the bottom of my neck too at night which also leads me to think its maybe threadworm. A google search brought up an article on neck threadworms. Any ideas?

Thanks
