7th day of fast, sweet taste and feeling sick

I'm a 245lb/5'10"/male on day 7 of my fast. I had some general not feeling well symptoms begin late last night. Today they are exacerbated. Stomach discomfort, throat discomfort, swollen around the eyes, stuffy nose, ears popping. Basically, I feel like I am sick with a cold. Is this a cold or something different? Also, starting today, all water has a super sweet taste to me. I was certain there was a contaminate and I rinsed out my bottle and drank new water. It tastes as if someone put Sugar in the water and dissolved it. Not altogether too bad. Thoughts?
