Good to hear I am not the only one ;) I never have had irregular cycles before so this is all new to me, but now I am off BC for a year seems my hormones are trying to rebalance and a lot of why my adrenals burned out in the first place was because of the pill. Does she do anything to balance the hormones or just the NB protocol, if at all? Cheers!
