I know it says triclabendazole will kill all stages of fluke but that wasn't my experience. It certainly will stun them and not allow them use of their tegumental layer. Allowing them to be expelled thru the bile duct to the intestines and out. My problem was the flukes couldn't be evacuated via the bile duct. I only took one dose of egaten. But, after 5 days of them not moving I took some sunflower lecithin to get some acetylcholine which I was low in and they came back to life. And developed a resistance to triclabendazole in the process. So, there still some things that can happen that aren't exactly ideal. Such a horrible experience it is..
