Dry fasted for 5 days, on the 6th day I broke it with a couple glasses of water, then filled up on mandarins.
Then the rest of the day I ate a massive amount of solid foods ranging from oatmeal to eggs, almonds, cereal, sardines and so on until I reached close to my original weight before starting the fast.
I experienced no negative effects whatsoever doing this. It went quite smoothly, which is a surprise because when I tried this after my previous 4 day dry fast, I experienced some pains in my body.
I think I've trained my body to handle large amounts of solid foods right after a fast without experiencing any issues.
I'll report back doing this after a 6 day dry fast and let you know how that goes.
