The first thing I would do is get a proper diagnosis from a doctor, or let him send you to a tropical desease clinic, do some proper stool and antibody blood tests. it's always more comforting to work with a professional who knows what he's doing, instead of playing doctor yourself and doing hardcore courses with horsepaste combos.

Mebendazole is indeed a good place to start to get relieve.

Indeed zappers and herbs only caused scattering in my case, but some people swear by it, for me it was too fluffy too and made my problems worse.
