I think most worms can give you digestive problems.
To know for sure is to strain your stool.

Most GI parasites are killed fast and effectively and few side effects is with Mebendazole, if you have Tapeworms you could try Albendazole or Praziquantel that basically kills everything more effectively, but has more side effects(severe die off).
