Thanks for the caution. Actually when I typed this this a.m. morning I felt so amazing... it was the first day I worked up to a full capsule of thyroid glandular. I felt AMAZING in the morning - like my 21 year old self - but come evening (now) slightly tense / wired. Not like...'ahhh! My adrenals are crashing'...just like i had a lil too much coffee. At 1/2 cap of thyroid I felt good... and not the least bit wired... just chill and good and capable. I'm definitely gonna go back down to 1/2 cap tomorrow and go slow.

Thank you & healthyartist for your cautionary note. I have felt so crappy for so long it is hard to be patient and not run to whatever seems to make me feel better... and take as much of it as possible.

In my own internal / intuitive assessment... I think my adrenals are in decent shape and functiom...working properly...resting properly...not longer require much supplements... most other systems in body seem functional and balanced...i can digest, exercise, sleep, dont crave salt, not anxious, no pain...but I suspect the thyroid function has been imbalanced for a decade or more...and severely worsened or thrown out of whack by the 'crashes'. Thyroid nutrients seem to be the 'missing key' that takes my life from quasi-functional to functional. I am really praying it's as simple as that - please God let me live life and love again. Bless me with the energy to care for others, smile, be a blessing in people's lives and not a drain... I have learned many lessons and been greatly humbled while suffering, trying to survive. I know it is possible, and i trust you. With thanks and praise!
