Re: Trouble distinguishing hunger after oil pulling

Hi Rupu, didn't you mention something about diluted raddish juice? If I'm not confused and you really had that, that would be your culprit. You are not on day 21, you are on day 2 or 3 of a new fast. Starting to eat after a fast triggers cravings.

At this point I'd say there's no wrong thing to do. If you decide to start refeeding, all is good: 20 days is a significant time and you will get many benefits. If you decide to wait out the nausea, you won't be interrupting the body's final housecleaning. This end-of-fast nausea happened to me as well. Methinks the liver cleans itself last, so it means your detox is almost done, hm?

As usual I don't claim to be an absolute authority but these are my 2 cents.

Good luck!
