Mucoid plaque is very real...Its been 10 months since my initial Colon Cleanse of organic psyllium husks and Terramin clay...my various mucoid plaque was different colors and sizes. And as the plaque that was older was being released it smelled more putrid and the color gradually changed to more rotten color... I would release mucoid plaque that is a totally different color from the poop so I know it is not just psyllium husks gelled...and once I released plaque that was totally black when I didn't eat anything that was black....so it is very real... please note that one begins releasing mucoid plaque about 2 weeks after taking psyllium husks and now even though I drink it every day, I rarely release mucoid plaque now...
