MCW- I agree with Ricky about upping the mag a little during stressful times. I have recently gone through a very stressful month and have had to increase my mag at night. I can feel it working in minutes to calm down the stress response.
I too have had the adrenaline rush from the gut. I have experienced this the most when I have to public speak. Now I know that I will just take more mag before and it works well.
Mag is a funny mineral. If I take too much daily then I get headaches and migraines. I can however handle lots if I am stressed.
Lastly the gluten and Sugar are things that I must entirely avoid.
Dr Watts told me that I am progesterone dominant as well. I can't remember now what on my test revealed this but I must ask him the next time I speak with him.
