Adding fattier foods helped me too. They are more satiating. I also have been addressing the parasite issue for several months now and am feeling so much better for it. I will say though that if I cheat even a little bit and have more Sugar my hypoglycemia comes back quickly. I've lost nearly 10 pounds over the summer and I don't count calories or anything. I eat fruit with heavy cream almost every day and plenty of protein, butter, cheeses. I just try to think of what people ate a couple hundred years ago.
