recommended form of Vit.C

- - 2,000+ mg Vitamin C - Ester-C preferred (not ab sorbic acid ) - do not take with liquid iodine----

This was taken from a previous post, and I am now wondering if this is what could be interfering with my protocol as I have been taking 3000mg of ascorbic acid along with the SSKI . Here the poster recommends Ester-C but not to be taken at the same time of the Iodine.
