Re: Will a wf help your body's ph return where it's supposed to be?
I feel I have more to say here. A belief is a thought we keep thinking, a good thing is: we can choose what to think and repeat with our internal voice, and visualize it, even if in the beginning we do not "believe" it yet.
I know that subsiding to a habit can give comfort and only few people don't ever do it. The question is: how often and do we blame ourselves for that. Ideally: not very often and even if it happens we do not need to blame ourselves, because blaming ads another punch to the harm.
Second question: at some precise moment, when temptation arises, do you prefer the comfort of the Old or do you prefer the blissful feeling of clarity and higher energy. If it is the Old -- please go for it, but do not expect to have the higher energy at the same time. I personally found, that if I have some goal or I am into an activity that requests high energy or perfect awareness, it is easier for me to postpone, and eventually forget old unhealthy patterns. I can call that replacing a habit with another, wanted, activity or for the lack of it, with another but healthier food. Like replacing processed chocolate with dates and raw cacao powder. Or replacing fries with toasted whole grains plus sesame oil.
Be patient with yourself and do not stay very long in anger or frustration, try working your way up one step at the time. I like the gradation form negative to positive, that Abraham-Hicks give: despair -> anger -> frustration -> hope -> belief -> knowing (that it will come, be, succeed etc.)
Cheers!
