Well you were under the recommended minimum of 2,500 for women. Your height is the average height for a woman. If you had a heavy exercise routine per week, you would have been well under what you needed. A lot of young women tend to under-eat, but over-exercise. It's just how our culture has become.
I'm not saying raw 811 is the best diet out there or for everybody, I'm just saying from what I learned and observed about that diet, I've rarely seen people on it fail when they were consistently getting over their recommended minimum calories per day. Almost every one of the fails I looked into seemed to not have eating enough.
I pretty much follow Freelee's Raw Till 4 diet. Not fully vegan though.
