Re: Heel spurs ?

Paulette, this is an interesting symptom for me.
I had this after I had my daughter - intermittently - and I thought it was hormonal.
Now my chiropractor says it's immune-related. My body is likely fighting off Lyme's (I was treated for it with Antibiotics about a month ago) and he thinks that it's tied in with my immune response.

I just got a Lyme's titer (since my case was never confirmed via bloodwork) so we'll see -

But personally, I think it is stress-hormonal related.

I just went through a separation and had a lot of stress and many things happening at once. And the plantar fascitis has been quite bad during that time.

But the chiro adjusted my feet, and they've felt much better, I'm also stretching them regularly and he said you can roll them over a tennis ball or frozen bottle of water.

I think stretching those tight tendons could help and hopefully as your adrenal status improves, so will the spurs.
