Just read tha them again.
Since I had this 10 years ago, It's come back and it is,
plantar fascitis.
Only thing that relieved it back than was a shot of steriods in the heel. Plus arch supports.

BUt, I feel the severe decline in my over all adrenal status has been a contributing factor too.
