What is this? (Please help)

I've had these come out every single time I do a parasite cleanse. I'm on my 3rd round of Humaworm now, and they are coming out with every BM. There's so many of these things, as well as the rolled up tomato skins, which I always assumed were liver flukes because I haven't eaten tomatoes for years. I poke at my stools every couple days at random, and these are always present. Please help identify these because I'm seriously infested imo.
