Every morning you are not to urinate first when you get up but hold urine and first drink water then try to do fist potty then go for urination and drink hot wate more and more whole day till you have constipation and drink water an hour after eating food every time and do not drink water during eating food and drink all urine whole day whatever you passes and eat 4 Pc. Of fig at night time before going to bed then drink hot wate then drink hot milk and use vegetarian non spicy food for few days till you have constipation and also do Dhanurasan Yoga before eating food
